With the business address and your delivery address.

You make your offer
The courier can accept your price or propose another. You choose among the offers.

You track the order live
You see progress and, if you pay by bank transfer, you upload your receipt.

You confirm delivery
You pay as agreed and leave a rating.
If there are no offers, the order closes by itself and you're not charged. You can raise your fare so more couriers respond.
