How does the fare work?
We suggest a price based on the route. You raise or lower it, and drivers accept, counter or decline. You pick the offer that suits you best.
What currency are prices shown in?
In US dollars, always with the bolívar (Bs) reference below, at the official Central Bank of Venezuela (BCV) rate.
How do I pay?
With cash, Pago Móvil (Venezuela's instant bank payment from your phone), bank transfer or Binance Pay. You can pay when the driver arrives or before departure, and upload the proof of payment in the app.
Can I cancel a service?
Yes. If you cancel after the driver has arrived, 15% of the trip is charged. If the driver cancels, you can look for another one at no charge.
What if nobody makes an offer?
You can raise your fare and search again, or cancel at no charge.
What can I send?
Before ordering, the app shows what can and cannot be sent, and the weight and size each vehicle type accepts.
Can I schedule a trip for later?
Yes. For a private trip you pick the day and time, and drivers see it in advance. We notify you when one accepts it and shortly before the time.
Can I add stops?
Yes, up to 3 stops before requesting. The price you agree on already includes them.
Does the moto-taxi carry a helmet for me?
Yes. All moto-taxi riders carry a spare helmet, and only one passenger rides. Each rider says whether they accept large or heavy items, and you see it in their offer.
How does invite and earn work?
If you are a driver, you invite another driver with your code. When they complete 5 services, you earn 1 free service.
How do I create my account?
With your phone number. We send you a code on WhatsApp to verify it. When you come back, we recognize you and send you another code.
